Article 2 (Definition)

  2. ① "Mall" refers to a virtual business place set up so that the company can trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users, and also means operators operating cyber malls. Also use.
  3. ② "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the "Mall" and receives the services provided by the "Mall" in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  4. ③'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "Mall", who continuously receives the information of the "Mall" and can continuously use the services provided by the "Mall".
  5. ④'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the service provided by the "Mall" without joining a member.

Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions)

  2. ① "Mall" is the contents of this agreement, the name of the company and the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address where consumers can handle complaints), phone number, copy number, e-mail address, business registration number, communication We post the business registration number, personal information manager, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of "Mall" so that users can easily know it. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be made available to users through the connection screen.
  3. ② "Mall" provides a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as subscription withdrawal, delivery responsibility, and refund terms among the contents specified in the agreement before the user agrees to the agreement.   5. ③ "Mall" does not violate laws related to consumer protection in electronic commerce, laws related to the regulation of terms and conditions, laws related to e-commerce basic law, electronic signature law, information communication network use promotion, laws related to door-to-door sales, consumer protection law, etc. You may revise these terms to the extent not.
  6. ④ When the "Mall" revises the Terms and Conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision are specified and the current terms and conditions are notified on the initial screen of the Mall from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date. However, if the terms and conditions are changed against the user, the notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. In this case, "Mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them for easy understanding.
  8. ⑤ When the "Mall" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to the contract that is concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions of the pre-revision terms are applied to the contracts that have been concluded before that. However, the provisions of the revised terms and conditions apply if the user who has already signed the contract wants to receive the terms of the revised terms and conditions and receives the consent of the "mall" by sending it to the "mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3. Article 4 (service provision and change)

  1. ① "Mall" performs the following tasks.

  4. ③ If the contents of the service contracted by the user to be provided by the "Mall" are changed for reasons such as out of stock, such as goods, or changes in technical specifications, the reason is immediately notified to the address that can notify the user.
  5. ④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the "Mall" compensates the user for the damages. However, this is not the case when the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  2. ① The user applies for membership by filling out the member information according to the subscription form set by the "Mall" and expressing his intention to agree to these terms.
  3. ② The “Mall” compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reason of paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
  4. ③ If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of the business, integration between companies, etc., the "Mall" notifies the user in the manner specified in Article 8, and the consumer is subject to the conditions set out in the "Mall". However, if the "Mall" does not notify the compensation standards, etc., the mileage or reserves of users are paid to the user in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in the "Mall".

Article 6 (member registration)

  1. ① The user applies for membership by filling out the member information according to the subscription form set by the "Mall" and expressing his inrention to agree to these terms.
  2. ② "Mall" is registered as a member unless the following applies among the users who have applied for membership as in paragraph 1.
    1. 1. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership under Article 7 (3) of these Terms and Conditions, however, three years have elapsed since the loss of membership under Article 7 (3). An exception is made when.

Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)

  1. ① Members can request the withdrawal at any time to the "Mall", and the "Mall" will immediately withdraw the membership.
  2. ② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "Mall" may limit and suspend membership.
    1. 1.If false information is registered at the time of application
    2. 2. In the event that the member's debts related to the payment of goods purchased using the “Mall” or other use of the “Mall” are not paid on a due date
    3. 3. If you threaten the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of other people's "mall" or stealing the information
    4. 4. In the case of using the "Mall" to violate laws and regulations or to violate public order and morals
  3. ③ After the “Mall” restricts or suspends membership, the “Mall” may lose membership if the same act is repeated more than once or the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
  4. ④ In the event that the “Mall” loses membership, the membership registration is cancelled. In this case, the member is notified of this, and a period of at least 30 days prior to the cancellation of membership registration is given to give an opportunity to call.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

  2. ① When the "Mall" notifies the member, the member can make an e-mail address specified in advance with the "Mall".
  3. ② "Mall" can replace individual notices by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notice to unspecified members. However, individual notices are given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's transaction.

Article 9 (Purchase application)

The "Mall" user applies for the purchase on the "Mall" by the following or similar method, and the "Mall" must provide each of the following in an easy-to-understand manner when the user applies for the purchase. However, if you are a member, you can exclude the application of No. 2 to No. 4.

Article 10 (Establishment of contract)

  3. ③ Indication of acceptance of the "Mall" shall include information regarding the user's purchase application confirmation and availability, and correction or cancellation of the purchase application.

Article 11 (Payment method)

The payment method for goods or services purchased in the "Mall" can be made using any of the following methods. However, the "Mall" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the payment of goods for the payment method of the user.

Article 12 (Receipt confirmation notice, purchase application change and cancellation)

  2. ① "Mall" notifies the user of receipt if there is a purchase request from the user.
  3. ② In the event of a discrepancy in intention, the user who has received the confirmation of receipt may request to immediately change or cancel the purchase application after receiving the confirmation of receipt, and the "Mall" requests without delay if requested by the user prior to delivery. Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

  1. ① "Mall" will take other necessary measures such as custom-made, packaging, etc. so that the goods can be shipped within 7 days from the date of subscription, unless there is a separate agreement regarding the timing of supply of goods and users. . However, if the "Mall" has already received all or part of the price of goods, etc., it will take action within 2 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the price. At this time, the "Mall" will take appropriate measures so that the user can check the supply procedure and progress of goods.
  2. ② "Mall" specifies the delivery method, the delivery cost bearer for each method, and the delivery period for each method for the goods purchased by the user. If the "Mall" exceeds the agreed delivery period, the user's damages should be compensated. However, this is not the case when the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 14 (Refund)

"Mall" shall notify the user of the reason without delay if the goods, etc. that the user has applied for purchase cannot be delivered or provided for reasons such as out of stock, and if the goods are received in advance, 2 Reimbursement within the business day or take necessary action for reimbursement.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

  1. ① ① Users who have entered into a contract for the purchase of goods, etc. with the "Mall" may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of receiving the notification of receipt confirmation.
  2. ② When goods are delivered, users cannot return or exchange them if they fall under any of the following items.
    2. 1. When goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to the user's responsibility (however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of goods, the subscription may be withdrawn)
    3. 2. The value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly due to the user's use or consumption.
    4. 3. When the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time
    5. 4. When it is possible to reproduce the goods with the same performance, the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged.
  3. ③ In the case of subparagraphs 2 to 4 of the subparagraph 2, if the "mall" does not specify where the consumer can easily withdraw the subscription in advance or provide a trial product, etc. This is not limited.
  4. ④ In spite of the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, the user, within the period of March from the date of receiving the goods, etc. You can withdraw your subscription within 30 days from the date you knew it.

Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

  1. ① "Mall" will refund the amount of goods already paid within 3 business days when the goods are returned from the user. In this case, if the “Mall” delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, it pays the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
  2. ② In the "Mall", in the refund of the above payment, when the user pays for goods such as credit card or electronic money, the user who provided the payment method without delay immediately stops claiming the goods. Or ask to cancel.
  4. ③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user is responsible for the cost of returning the goods received. "Mall" does not charge the user for penalty or damages for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display and advertisement or the contract is executed differently, the "Mall" will bear the cost required for the return of the goods.
  5. ④ If the user has paid shipping costs when receiving goods, the “Mall” clearly indicates to the user who is paying the cost when the subscription is withdrawn.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

  1. ① "Mall" collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract when collecting user information. The following items are required, and others are optional.

  5. ⑤ Users can request to read and correct errors of their personal information held by the "Mall" at any time, and the "Mall" is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If the user requests to correct the error, the "Mall" will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
  6. ⑥ "Mall" limits the number of administrators to protect personal information, and minimizes the number and takes full responsibility for the user's damages due to loss, theft, leakage, and alteration of the user's personal information, including credit cards and bank accounts. Lose.
  7. ⑦ "Mall" or a third party who receives personal information from it, destroys the personal information without delay when it has achieved the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information.

Article 18 (Obligations of the "Mall")

  2. ① "Mall" shall not do anything that is prohibited by the law and this Agreement or contrary to public order and morals, and must do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as prescribed by this Agreement.
  3. ② "Mall" must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Internet service.
  5. ③ "Mall" is responsible for reimbursing the user for any damages caused by the user's damages caused by the unjustified display and advertisement acts specified in Article 3 of the 「Act on Fairness of Display and Advertisement」 for products and services.
  6. ④ "Mall" does not send commercial e-mail for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 19 (Obligations for member ID and password)

  2. ① Except in the case of Article 17, the member is responsible for the management of ID and password.
  3. ② Members should not let their third parties use their ID and password.
  4. ③ If a member recognizes that his ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he must immediately notify the "mall" and follow the "mall" instructions.

Article 20 (User's obligations) Users should not do the following:

Article 21 (Relationship between the "Mall" and the "Mall")

  2. ① When the upper "mall" and the lower "mall" are connected in a hyperlink (eg, the target of the hyperlink includes text, pictures, and moving images), etc., the former is called the "mall" (website) and the latter It is called the "Mall" (website) to be connected.

Article 22 (attribution of copyright and restrictions on use)

  2. ① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Mall" belong to the "Mall".
  3. ② The user may use the information obtained by using the "Mall" for the purpose of profit by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent of the "Mall" to the "Mall". You shouldn't let them use it.
  4. ③ "Mall" must notify the user in case of using the copyright belonging to the user according to the agreement.

Article 23 (dispute resolution)

  2. ① "Mall" installs and operates a damage compensation mechanism to reflect the legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.
  3. ② "Mall" handles complaints and opinions submitted by users with priority. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user is immediately notified of the reason and schedule.
  4. ③ In the event of a user's request for remedy related to an e-commerce dispute between the "Mall" and the user, it may be subject to the mediation of the Dispute Mediation Organization commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the Governor of the City/Do Governor.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  2. ① The lawsuit regarding the e-commerce dispute between the “Mall” and the user is based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and if there is no address, the district court, which has jurisdiction over the place of residence, shall be the exclusive jurisdiction. However, the address or residence of the user at the time of the complaint is not clear, or in the case of foreign residents, it is filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
  3. ② Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the “Mall” and users.
