Article 4 (service provision and change)

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. ① "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance, replacement or malfunction of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication.

Article 6 (member registration)

  1. ① The user applies for membership by filling out the member information according to the registration form set by the "Mall" and expressing his intention to agree to these terms.

Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

  1. ① When the "Mall" notifies the member, the member can make an e-mail address specified in advance with the "Mall".

Article 9 (Purchase application)

Article 11 (Payment method)

The payment method for goods or services purchased at the "Mall" can be made using any of the following methods. However, the "Mall" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the payment of goods for the payment method of the user.

Article 12 (Notification of receipt, change and cancellation of purchase application)

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

Article 14 (Refund)

  1. "Mall" is without delay if the goods, etc. that the user has applied for purchase cannot be delivered or provided for reasons such as sold If the reason is notified to the user and the payment of goods, etc. has been received in advance, the refund will be made within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the payment, or necessary measures will be taken.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

  1. ① A user who has entered into a contract for purchasing goods such as "Mall" may withdraw his subscription within 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of receipt.
  2. ② Users are not allowed to return or exchange goods if they receive goods, etc. if they fall under any of the following items:

Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

  1. ① "Mall" will refund the price of goods already paid within 3 business days when goods are returned from the user. In this case, if the "Mall" delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the delay period is paid.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

Article 18 (Obligations of the "Mall")

  1. ① "Mall" shall not do anything that is prohibited by the law and this agreement or contrary to public order and morals, and must do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as prescribed by this agreement.

Article 19 (Obligations for member ID and password)

Article 23 (dispute resolution)

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
