Article 4 (service provision and change)

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. ¨ç "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance, replacement or malfunction of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication.
  2. ¨è "Mall" compensates for damages suffered by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reason of paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence.

Article 6 (member registration)

Article 7 (withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.)

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

  1. ¨ç When the "Mall" notifies the member, the member can make an e-mail address specified in advance with the "Mall".

Article 9 (Purchase application)

Article 11 (Payment method)

The payment method for goods or services purchased at the "Mall" can be made using any of the following methods. However, the "Mall" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the payment of goods for the payment method of the user.

Article 12 (Notification of receipt, change and cancellation of purchase application)

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

Article 14 (Refund)

Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

  1. ¨ç "Mall" will refund the price of goods already paid within 3 business days when goods are returned from the user. In this case, if the "Mall" delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the delay period is paid.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

Article 18 (Obligations of the "Mall")

  1. ¨ç "Mall" shall not do anything that is prohibited by the law and this agreement or contrary to public order and morals, and must do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as prescribed by this agreement.
  2. ¨è "Mall" must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the Internet service.

Article 19 (Obligations for member ID and password)

Article 23 (dispute resolution)

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  1. ¨ç The lawsuit regarding the e-commerce dispute between the "Mall" and the user is based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and if there is no address, the district court, which has jurisdiction over the place, shall be the exclusive jurisdiction. However, if the address or residence of the user is not clear at the time of the complaint, or if you are a foreign resident, you must file it with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
